Change, whether big or small, is an inevitable part of all of our lives. Fox’s story takes a loving and empathetic approach to discussing the changes and transitions that families may experience. Children learn that when changes happen, it’s okay to have big feelings. They can seek support when they need it and embrace all their emotions.

With Reflect & Connect questions at the end, caregivers are supported in deepening their child’s understanding of this important emotional skill.
